Medicare Secondary Payer Record Updates

Providers, physicians and other suppliers shall no longer contact the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC) to create or update MSP records. A/B and DME MACs may update and create MSP records based on MSP information found on Medicare claims.

Please contact Palmetto GBA to assist in the following situations:

• The beneficiary is in your office or facility
• The beneficiary is not in your office or facility
• You have new information to report
• You are attempting to update the record for deceased beneficiary
